Enrollment Portal - Initial Enrollment

Open any web browser and navigate to https://southalabama.login.duosecurity.com
- Select the 鈥淕et Started鈥� button
- Click 鈥淣ext鈥� at the page below

Click "Next" at the page below:

Select the "Duo Mobile" option

Enter your mobile number (Including the area code) a select 鈥淐ontinue鈥�

If the Mobile number entered is correct, select 鈥淵es, it鈥檚 correct鈥�

Download the Duo Mobile application from your App store and select 鈥淣ext鈥�

Open the Duo Mobile App, select 鈥淎dd鈥�, choose 鈥淯se QR code鈥� and scan the QR code with your mobile device.
- Once the account is added in the Duo app, click save.
- Select 鈥淐ontinue鈥�
- Select 鈥淟og in with Duo鈥�
- Select the method of authentication you would like to use to log into Duo.

Open any web browser and navigate to https://vpn.southalabama.edu
- Log in with your Active Directory username and password that created for you
- Click on 鈥楽tart Setup鈥�

Select the type of device you want to add

Enter the phone number of the device you wish to add

Select the type of device you are adding, adding Android phone

Install the Duo Mobile app on your device

Activate the app on your device

Your enrollment is complete! You can close your browser or proceed to your device management portal by clicking 鈥楧ismiss鈥�
- Reference the documentation provided in your VPN enrollment confirmation email for instructions on how to download the VPN client and connect using DUO two factor authentication.
