Classroom Technology and Media Services
Media Services is responsible for acquiring, building, repairing, maintaining, support, and installation of computer-related equipment for classrooms, computer labs, faculty and staff. The coordinator is responsible for supporting classroom technology and video conferencing room, and scheduling the computer labs for student use, classes, and special events.
All classrooms within the college have Internet connections, a multi-media podium, computer and SMART Board. Several classrooms and conference rooms are equipped for video conferencing over IP. There are three computers labs in the UCOM building. An additional computer lab is located in the Health, Kinesiology and Sport building.
Computer Labs
The College of Education and Professional Studies maintains four computer labs and other technology resources in the University Commons Building. These facilities are available for use by College of Education and Professional Studies students, faculty and classes.
Labs are open for College of Education and Professional Studies students and faculty on the following schedule:
Summer Semester
Monday through Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed
Fall and Spring Semester
Monday through Thursday: 8:00 am - 9:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed
Labs are closed for holidays and between terms when classes are not in session. 91¶ÌÊÓƵ ID indicating Major in College of Education and Professional Studies or that a student is currently enrolled in an Education course is required for access to the labs.
